DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR SCHEDULING ANY SERVICE ONLINE.  THE DEPOSIT IS HELD UNTIL THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE SERVICE. CLIENT SHALL PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE AT THE END OF THE SERVICE.

THE DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE, IF THERE IS NO SHOW OR NO CALL OR IF CANCELED IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS.

LŪA HAIR STUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHTS: 

• to charge 50% of the scheduled service price when cancelling or rescheduling within less than 24 hours notice.
• to charge 80% of the scheduled services on NO-SHOWS.

Please understand that our time and time of other clients is valuable.

2.7% surcharge fee applies to all credit card payments.

Mistakes happen even to the best.  Our goal is to make our clients happy and comfortable with their look. If for any reason you are not happy with the effects on your serviced color or haircut, please return to the salon and we will fix it for you at no charge within a week of original service. After one week from original service, you will be charged regular price.

There are no refunds or exchanges on retail products. 

No pets are allowed, except registered service animals.  

LŪA Hair Studio does not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
